Wacom Graphire3 4x3 USB Tablet with mouse and pen.
I got injured to my hands and I coudn't use a mouse anymore so I bought this graphic tablet to use the computer. Now I've recovered 80% and I can use a mouse and click with the numeric keypad (thanks to mousemu software). So I don't need it anymore. It also includes the wireless mouse which has never been used.
